Nassau County Property Assessments Updated

 Nassau County Tentative Property Assessements for the 2019 tax year are now available.
As of January 2, Nassau County has made Tentative Assessments for the 2019 Tax Year (2018-2019 School Tax Year). 

If you haven't yet received a notice letter in the mail, the new assessment should be available on www.mynassauproperty.com.

According the the Nassau County Website, If you believe the assessment is inaccurate, you may appeal by filing an application for correction with the Assessment Review Commission by March 1, 2017. You can appeal online from this site from January 2, 2017 to March 1, 2017
